Meski cma teori, postingan pak Budisan ttg “BP, O&P, IT n Change Mgmt” asik jg
dpelajari. Anggap aja spt ngisi TTS, Tetap serius Tapi Santai. Klo ga ati2
nangkap kalimat, bsa2 kta salah prsepsi bin ga nyambung. Pak Avit n para

Gw cma mo ngasih “catatan” ttg Change Mgmt. Setau gw, fungsi unit Change Mgmt
tuh utk bantu Users (institusi n peg-nya) spy bsa adaptasi n akhirny bsa trma
prubahan. So, mrka yg krja d unit tsb tuh mestiny pintar komunikasi n bsa
yakinkan org2 bhw “everything is ok n nothing to worry …..”.
Tp mstiny mrka tuh bkan cma bsa jualan kecap cap “Perubahan”, spt anak SPG, tp
sma skali ga kuasai how to solve problems di lapangan (at the grass roots
level). Klo ada gap antara BP, O&P n IT, pls they must fill the gap first. Gt
jg klo mash ada gap antara Ide/Konsep n the Need of Users at the grass rooots
level, pls fill the gap first.
Kecuali klo mo hasilny NIHIL spt nasib proyek2 IT kta dulu yg infony prnah
