Follow-up Comment #7, patch #3095 (project freeciv):
OK, after the work done in patches #3324, #3337, #3344, I've came back here.
More enhancements to gtk.css (unfortunately, some again 3.4 only):
- column-header is once again fine
- radio button finally uses its image
It's still bit ugly in places.
