Would it be possible to get something similar to the hardware database
already discussed for users to give their optimum bit rate for differing
processors. Obviously sbjuective but it would give beginners a good idea
on what the best setup might be. Something like Processor : Encoder :
Bit Rate : Options : Frame Rate : Pal/NTSC
