i disagree, while they are the same manufacturer, they are not the same
brand, and the brand was specified in the ad.  it's like the auto
makers, they all have several brands, but they very greatly in quality
and price.  anything in the ad is part of the specification, the seller
has made a substitution, knowingly or otherwise, without getting your
permission.  it's definately something the seller should make right.  by
the same token, i believe pepsi owns taco bell and burger king, now if
burger king handed you a burrito instead of a whopper i think you'd be
angry, even if they both had the same nutritional value.
