The one labelled reset.  I thought that was the power reset and have 
used it to no avail. Some models had a Reset AND a cuda SW.  I was 
thinking this one -the Beige G3/300- was like that but maybe not.

The ROM Dimm came with the new MB

Vram is MB on this one.

Yes.

If I could verify the supply that would be half the battle.  Since 
that supply is controlled by the MB it does not come up without the 
MB telling it to.  But if I could jumper pins and measure voltages 
that would be a step.
