<< Ok, Ill be buying an external serial 56k modem for my beige G3 soon. Any
recommendations on brands? I like USRobotics, but Global Village is cheaper,
and smaller. >>
I have a USRobotics with my G3 - 300. After about a year of use the
modem started making a scratchy noise and died. They immediately sent me a
new one with no arguments. The new one has been fine for about 6 months so
far. Great customer support!
