G'day from Oz

DialUp isp costs in Australia (in Aus$)

Dodo (the largest dial-up isp)

$9.95 per month min., then capped to $23.95 per month maximum
(depending on downloads), then no extra for unlimited downloads. No
inactive cut-off time, at least 4 hours log-on, then only terminated if
server busy (I've been on for 24, then cut it myself))

Australia on line (they have had to drop prices to remain competitive)

$24.95 per month unlimited downloads. Cut-off after 4 hours access, or
20 minutes inactive.

ADSL (iGreen communications)

256/64 $40 per month 500 meg download limit
512/128 $50 1 Gig
512/128 $60 3 Gig
1500/256 $150 5 Gig

All ADSL have 5c per gig over-limit charges

And what, you ask, was the beginning of it all?
And it is this......
Existence that multiplied itself
For sheer delight of being
And plunged with numberless trillions of forms
So that it might
find
itself
innumerably
