Will OS X run OK on a Sawtooth G4/450? The one model I'm looking at only has 128MB of RAM, but I could put my AGP card in it and I would think that would help. With the information given, what do you think would be the best performance upgrade for the money, RAM or processor?
I'm running Panther on a Sawtooth G4/500, and it works fine. The only difference other than the 50Mhz speed different, is that I have 832Mb of RAM in mine. It probably won't run acceptably without more RAM, so definitely get that first. A new video card will only speed up graphics, but it will also be a lot cheaper than a processor upgrade, so I'd probably go with that next (I'm considering one for my Sawtooth).
