Hmmm, what does ornariness mean? not a word I've come across before. though 
if I take your meaning as to be an unfair twist in gameplay, personally, I 
like the idea to make later levels that much more challenging.

also, sinse I've always tried to preserve my swords for situations where I 
really need them, jumping over enemies doesn't seem too unreasonable to me.
