Hi Jim,
My wife is the master and she plays it with out the shout mode.
In party mode it does call out body parts such as elbow shoulder knee and
foot to bop.
However it does not know what body part you use to bop the toy so it is easy
to cheat and use the hand.
Of course in a party with sighted people, the other players are the judges.
