Hi
PIJAC has taken credit for a lot of things that they came in after the
initial work was done and made a lot of noise and therefore get/got the
credit. ie the Toronto bylaws. They nearly got us roasted by ignore the
initial letters for involvement and then lying by saying they never got them
and only backtracked when the registered letter files were brought out. I
have the council minutes to prove this somewhere in my files I am not saying
they did not have sway as money always talks BUT it was the groundroots
people, vets and others that did most of the work. Margaret
