It is even worse... We can't make releases to our "central upload mirror" if we have references to other repositories in our POMs. So, if we want to have something depending on stuff in either Spring or Equinox, we either need them to become central repo upload mirrors as well, or we are fcuk'ed and can't be on Maven central.
