I have a Siemens Gigabit N300A-IP base which can handle 1 analogue + 3 VOIP 
calls at the same time. CommunityFibre.co.uk offer a telephone connection, but 
only using their pre-configured Grandstream VOIP to Analogue converter which 
will connect a single analogue phone. Use DECT if you need more than one 
handset.  They provide IPv6 /56 for domestic customers, but do not claim that 
it will have a static address.
