The tech from JB Hi Fi, who specialises in Mac says ALL manufacturers are doing it, even HP. I found this hard to believe till my tech (the PC Linux OS guy) told me the same thing. Apparently a lot of technicians and salespeople have been told, but not the public yet. I am delving into the Truth and will keep the group informed.
