as we all know, this injustice is because of the brahminic nature of indian
judicial system.  i agree with u.

middleclass people are also sentenced and they also get admitted in mental
asylums. not all victims go to prison, or mental asylums. a complete
destruction of caste/class hierarchy will not bring about a society where
all institutions vanish.

i was responding to dileep for portraying institutions absolutely external
to the social power structure, which arbitrarily help the middleclass.
