dear friend, Rajani s.anand was struggling to enter into the professional college.our state policy-PERFORM OR PERISH which kills the subarltern communities aspirations.One of the eminent scholar dr.padma velaskar writes about the problems of dalit students in these educational institutes.It has a crystal clear status quo bias. Actually,indian upper caste students faced these problems in 19th century.even third classes added for these so called meritocratic students.
