dilip ur observation is right. when i tried to discuss chitralekha issue with some people (womn journalist/activist).. rresponse was like this ; "avalude samsaram sariyalla. autoyalle kathichullu" this is the typical casteist response and CPM has done enough harm with their prpaganda against chitralekha (bad woman)... i heard CPM did postar campaign... marginalised of the marginalsd, chitralekha, rajni s anand--all have to bear the brunt of "moralist" casteist kerala.. also look at the court verdict in 'sooryanelli' case...
