It looks like there were a large number of emails in favor of having a 
moratorium, with some suggestion that GNU already had/has a moratorium and that 
it could apply to us too. It does not look like it progressed beyond the listed 
emails.

I'm going to ask everyone not to re-litigate GCD 008 or the voting as part of 
this
