As for current situation, let me just recall results from GCD 008 [0], where 45 team members explicitly shared their support to the text, after months of an insightful debate looking to reach consensus, with a single disapproval, which IMMO resumes quite well the nowadays status on the matter and the position of the community on LLM assisted PRs.
