Right.  And a liberal arts degree requires at least a point each in
/several/ fields, and significant focus in one or two specific fields.

And Computer Operations.

That, of course, depends on the TL and culture.

Additionally, the character should spend at least a couple points per term
in non-academic skills: Carousing, Gambling, Sex Appeal, Fast-Talk ...
