For undergrad, I've figured 5 points per semester, about half in
general classes. About half
go to the degree subject skills. For instance, a chemist will have
I agree. I resolved the same amount for schooled learning
(with teacher, 0.5 cp per half-semester of class), so about 5cp per year of
school (fall-spring)
self-study and extra-curricular activities allow self-directed and
"on-the-job" training beyond this.
So... a "four-year" degree certificate guarantees 20cp in skills, plus the
person's aptitudes...
