Corollary is an interesting word choice. The setting has axioms, you
have to work to derive some theorems from that, and then plenty of 
corollaries should fall into place. The players have a right to 
expect that these corollaries work without lengthy negotiation or 
wriggle room.

* Cramped exposed standing room is 10 cf. That sounds large for a 
  Segway. Wheel size depends on body size.
* I'm looking for a precedent which allows standing room as a crew
  station with maneuver controls. It is in the Accommodations section, 
  not in the Crew Stations section.
* Would a Segway operator get any benefit from the vehicle DR?
