Agreed, the US Enterprise being a nucler powered carrier, has a some 100 bed
hospital down stairs and can power a small city if needed as well as can
carrier on its deck with some prep, a good number of trucks and construction
equipment and like.
so it can act like a cargo ship with the construction equipment and
supplies, provide hospital service and like and power to the limited city
services and act as an Evac source for medical and like and disaster relief
services and like.
A emergency C&C basically.
