Oh when I say file a complaint, I mean at work. After all, I do work in the
Attorney General's office. Look, I don't mean to sound mad. I am sure there
is no problem with gw micro. But I get consumer calls about their credit cards
all the time. And if you going to bill someone's card, you need to make the
download available to them at the same time. Or let the consumer know it ahead
of time and nit bill the card until things are updated. I know it's the
weekend but I still haven't heard from anyone at gw micro. Only Net bat.

Hi. This is more for gw micro. I went in on window-eyes. It took me
to the website. It tells me that I do not appear to own an SMA. and my cost
will be $175. I called on Tuesday of this week and ordered the SMA. I just
checked with my credit card company. A charge of $299.00 was made on Tuesday,
September 16th. So, "Help!" Thanks.
