I also think that things would have been smoother for Sandra if she had 
made her purchase online rather than via a phone call.
Online ordering, almost everywhere, seems to work smoother than the 
old-fashioned call up way.  Info more often than not immediately is 
entered into the system, and errors, if any, can be more quickly spotted 
such as incorrect digits, an incorrect email address and the insundry 
errors that can occur in voice communications.
Given a choice between calling up some place and using their online 
ordering system, I always prefer the latter -- even though I am an old guy 
of 55.
I like the ability to carefully examine details prior to submitting rather 
than depending on the vagueries of having info repeated and all the like.

Just my 2 cents worth.
