Sandra I used to feel as you do on online ordering. Over the last several years, it has become so second-nature to me that I now feel uncomfortable ordering things via the phone. I like being able to verify everything, get an immediate email or screen confirmation giving details, track shipments, and the rest. I initially resisted online ordering but, when with places such as Amazon it became unavoidable, I began using it. Soon, I went out of my way to order in this way rather than via mail or via phone.
