The thing about making last-minute purchases is that there will always
be delays. This goes for anything in general, not just us.
if you wait until the last moment to buy something, then you buy it at
the middle of the rush, it's only expected that something like this will
happen.
Hope this helps and does not make you feel that purchasing an SMA is a
bad thing. I would suggest that when you SMA is going to be up, the next
one you buy be done a month or 2 before a major release.
Hope this heps.

Thanks for responding. I didn't think there would be a problem. I
don't get home from work before 5:00 and it's for me to call from work.
I was home on Tuesday. That's why I was able to order it that day. I
spoke with a lady. I hope I have time to call on Monday. You know this
is a first time I have ever purchased a SMA. Don't know if I'll do this
again! I even debated if I was going to do this. The day before I had
to pay $356 on my guidedog that had surgery. That's why I was home on
Tuesday. Anyway. I pray it's resolved quickly.

I don't see any information in our database regarding an SMA purchase,
so you will need to talk this over with our ordering department on
Monday. Normally purchases are charged, the order gets posted, and
your product details are updated. It's possible that your card was
charged in a batch processing at the end of the day, and the order
simply has yet to be entered due to the overwhelming number of other
orders that are in the queue ahead of you. I'm sure this problem can
be resolved quickly once you contact us.
In the future, I would recommend notifying us before 5pm on a Friday
if you need a resolution before the weekend begins.
