Thanks for responding. I didn't think there would be a problem. I don't
get home from work before 5:00 and it's for me to call from work. I was
home on Tuesday. That's why I was able to order it that day. I spoke with
a lady. I hope I have time to call on Monday. You know this is a first
time I have ever purchased a SMA. Don't know if I'll do this again! I even
debated if I was going to do this. The day before I had to pay $356 on my
guidedog that had surgery. That's why I was home on Tuesday. Anyway. I
pray it's resolved quickly.

I don't see any information in our database regarding an SMA purchase, so
you will need to talk this over with our ordering department on Monday.
Normally purchases are charged, the order gets posted, and your product
details are updated. It's possible that your card was charged in a batch
processing at the end of the day, and the order simply has yet to be
entered due to the overwhelming number of other orders that are in the
queue ahead of you. I'm sure this problem can be resolved quickly once you
contact us.
In the future, I would recommend notifying us before 5pm on a Friday if
you need a resolution before the weekend begins.

Hi. This is more for gw micro. I went in on window-eyes. It took me to
the website. It tells me that I do not appear to own an SMA. and my
cost will be $175. I called on Tuesday of this week and ordered the SMA.
I just checked with my credit card company. A charge of $299.00 was made
on Tuesday, September 16th. So, "Help!" Thanks. If you reply to this
