The sniper is a professional! He would never stoop that low :P I think the #1 easiest fix would be to test ->IsBot() for every kill/ignite/heal ...
Also, there is no way a person would get 500 kills in one round. They need to put some logic into the time it takes to get these awards. Some are easily done in a single round. Some would take several days to get. Even weeks.
