In addition to the previous what i said before, now the server is 
hibernating and when i try to connect to it by using lobby (and i have 
set the steamcommunity id cvar to it) and selecting the steamgroup 
server thing, i get kicked off with a message (to my player console):

So i tried lobby connect, no go. Now the server has fps of 10 and it is 
stuck. Also cvar sv_allow_lobby_connect_only seems to be taken off? 
Cannot connect to the server directly by using connect anymore. This is 
what happens at the server console every time when i try to connect to 
it with lobby and by using the new community server select:

So it reserves the server, then the reservation is cleared and player is 
dropped off. Doesnt seem to clear to me why it reserves it using cookie, 
then player gets dropped off because reservation cookie is cleared? Also 
the server returns to stat where server fps sticks to 10 and server 
console seems "laggy". Even writing status there goes with a slight 
delay compared to normal text typing.
