The fact remains that *according to published accounts* Apple has
*reportedly* paid nearly $30 million USD in settlements to Apple
Records for violation of these agreements.

There's no need for any "alleged" or "reportedly" about it. Apple's settlement in the 1981 case with Apple Corps involved an unspecified amount of money, but in the 1989 case the settlement amount is a matter of public record and can easily be looked up by anyone: $26.5 million.

Any future settlement with Apple Corps is also likely be a matter of public record, since the company would have to list the settlement as an expenditure on its financials.
