Not being able to edit or create the Relay For Addresses file pretty much
makes Imail 2006.01 completely and utterly useless. In fact, I have to ask
one of you on the list to
get my mail server running whenever I need to change that file. In fact, if
I try to edit that file, it wipes every entry I have ever had in there but
the first one.

That, to me, pretty ,much makes it a dead product out fo the box. And, as a
result, leave me feeling pretty steamed.

Second, twice I have asked this list, including Ipswitch, about the IMAP/WEB
Messagin erro with the Inbox.XML file. Still no answer no way to correct
it.

While many believe this, it is not true. There were many companies
participating in the beta, and even though I did not run the beta (only
because of time) I was monitoring what was being said in the web forum and
issues that were found were being addressed and resolved to the satisfaction
of those participating.

The SA is not just purely for an upgrade. You did not buy an upgrade SKU,
you bought a service agreement.

Ipswitch is working on the problems. Imail is still working and upgrades and
updates are happening, although not without pains. Are you saying you can
not get Imail (any version) to work at all?
