I've found the Faxmaker to be one pretty reliable. Granted, with only 16 people in our office we don't use it nearly as much as you will. I like the fact that Faxmaker is more flexible in terms of the fax/modems it will work with. Many products out will only support 1 or 2 fax/modem cards, which are rather expensive IMO.
Good luck with it. Be sure to test every feature and ask as many questions of their tech support as you can. The one downside of GFI is they don't do returns. Once you've bought it, you've bought it. Senior VP was setting in call center yesterday and was not happy with the bottle neck at fax machines. I have set up 4 just in the center with 38 agents. Did not like the agents leaving there desk ie. the phone. SW airlines sends a fax back for each PNR and the agent must have that (or something off it) to attach to there out going email to Gov. travelers. As you can see from above if I do this (which it looks I have to) it needs to be very reliable. At the same time I was thinking if I put this in to the call center in VA I might want to roll this out to the whole company. I have download the GFI Fax maker and I hope to install it soon on a test server. If you know of better products please let me know.
