I also recommend checking your DNS settings. We experienced exactly the issue you
describe when we moved our mail server from one IP network to another. We continued
to have the problem for about 72 hours until the new DNS entries were fully propagated.

gateway? A standard (non-mail) virus scanner? Depending on the virus
protection you have, it may prevent some E-mail from being delivered.

What is your domain name? There's probably a 80% chance this is a DNS issue.
Have you checked your log files to see whether they attempted a connection?

In this case, there's about a 99% chance the issue is with the
addressing. For example, if you send mail with a Reply-To: of
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]", they will reply to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
(whereas they would normally address to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]").
