QUERY: EURO rates IN EUROLAND

Now that the Euro is established as a currency for 11 countries in Euroland,
do you think the translation rates will be quoted in Euros? If so, do you
think clients will likely drag it down to the lowest rate in Euroland? Any
insight is welcome!
