Bhtta Sb ,

Please reply following questions .

1) When Minister Sb offered seeking legal opinion from some law firm on the issue of Royalty , why two or three members of ISPAK did not accept that genuine and most professional offer from the Worthy Minister Sb ?

2) Did all the ISPAK members / ISP'S were consulted before agreeing on any figures ?

3)  Atleast 2 E.C members who were included in the first list of ISPAK delegation which was to meet the minister were not allowed to attend (Mr.Imran Akhtar Shah ,Mr. Naeem )???

4) First time in the long battle of ISPAK with PTA , some members made the wise decision to seek a legal opinion so we know what our legal status is on this issue , ISPAK neither contributed financially , morally or influentially
Why ?

5) Why a few people are forcing the whole of industry to pay some thing which is totally illegal ???

Keeping is view above and many other questions , one is forced to take decisions in our own hands as there is no politics here its the matter if business and every one here is for this only reason in this industry .

Those who do not have business (Internet )should refrain from participating in it .

Royalty will be challenged in the High Court within 3 days from now and Inshallah and therefore its very logical to hold and conduct meetings at various cities of Pakistan to make all members understand .

Best Regards

Saad Saleem

Are you aware of the back ground ?. It is right of each member of ISPAK to be elected as  president of ISPAK but through constitutional procedure.

For your kind information please see the following mail which  will clear the position and aims and objective of Mr.Imran Akhtar Shah, He desires to be president pf ISPAK through back door, We have called meeting on 10th July 2001 for election and other issues. I hope you have came to know why I was not in Lahore meeting.

Dear Nadeem,

Sorry, I differ here. Mr. Bhutta should be relieved as President ISPAK forthwith. And new setup as proposed by me come forward take charge. Mr. Bhutta was given enough time to avoid this eventuality but he did not understand. He damaged all our efforts of unity and the recent damage he has done you were witness to that. (Our Meeting with MOST)

Therefore, he is no more President ISPAK. Same has been communicated to MOST & PTCL/PTA. If you and Ansar do not agree please take a back seat and we will then take care of ISPAK affairs.

Regards,
Imran

Imran,

If you really want the election to be held, I propose to go along by me. Do not suggest anything else. Let my idea of the election committee taking the lead role work. Other things will happen automatically.

Bhutta
