Same question, as for Mr. Saad. Mobile operators are paying royalty as
written in their licenses. If we prove that PTA cannot put the word
royalty in the license of any telecom operator, then won't the mobile
operators be able to get away with the royalty by making a case in the
same court ??
The telecom act does not say any thing about 4 licenses or 400. It just
says that fee can be charged, and no royalty. Any thing in the Act is
applicable to all telco operators, 4 or 400, and any change proved in
court for one class of telco operators, can be proved by other class.
