I think Casper is referring to the fact that he's been constantly using the Gnome-Do application, which is (he implies) written in Mono. I have been using Gnome-Do a lot too lately. People say it's just like QuickSilver on the Mac. It is a nice application. Although I never realized it is written in Mono (I haven't verified it myself, yet, as I trust Casper.).
