Did iBM ever offer to pay the fee (they can surely spare a few million for it) for the TCK so Apache could get harmony verified and so on ? We all know that Sun refused to give the TCK for free, but what if IBM had paid the fee and so on. Did this ever happen ? - im not sure i have ever heard that particular news event...
