Yeah you are making that very clear here and via Twitter. Listen, either Java is an open standard, or it's not! And if it's not, then Java's greatest asset (being an open standard) falls under the category of false marketing and Oracle should be held accountable. If Apache were a large corporation with lots of cash, they could sue... but unfortunately in the US, money and lawyers are the name of the game.
