Did you uninstall the 10.9 version? If so, do you have the Java Runtime
Environment installed on your computer? Some of these programs require it to
run normally. It can be found at www.oracle.com/java. Pick the Java JRE to
download.

So now, when I installed 11 and try to open it, it just does nothing, it
shows it's installed in programs/features, but I cannot get the program to
open.
I am using window's 7 and Jaws 15.
*that error msg was on Adobe 10.19 not on 11
