If I'd have asked a pros and cons question or a vs question about a competitor 
I'd understand the hostility.  But, I did not.  My OP stated I was looking for 
info. on the best partner products to be used with Legacy.  Thanks for bringing 
it back around to that.

So, yes, what I'd like to get a feel for is why one would use the GEDCOM upload 
vs the roll your own site approach.  Seems like comments along the lines of 
'ancestry does a better job uploading a Legacy GEDCOM than Roots Web because 
...' or vise versa would be fair game.  Or perhaps a 'hey, have you heard of 
this hosting site made by a big fan and user of Legacy that is the best tool 
you'll ever integrate with' tip would be great too.

It could be that Legacy does nothing whatsoever to help with moving data 
online.  It's left as an exercise for the user of Legacy.  That's fine too.  
I'm just trying to find the best way to use it.
