Not even close. The modern (American) libertarian movement was around for a long time before Rohrabacher. Of course, we've been over this before. Sometimes you say it's Rohrabacher, sometimes you say it's MacBride, sometimes you say it's someone else, but you never go back nearly far enough or pick anyone to whom there's reason to ascribe any special significance over other movement figures.
