If you're trying to learn just about ANYTHING, it's more instructional to do it yourself than it is to use pre-made stuff. and I believe his "NOTE" is also saying that the Behavior Library isn't necessarily written to be a teaching tool. They were written to work, not to teach non-lingo (non-)programmers how to write lingo.
