I am a newbie myself but have been experimenting with various kinds of
Linux.I currently have PcLinoxOS on. Much is automatic. It even had a driver
compatible to my Canon scanner/printer multifunction machine It has features
for Bluetooth even..I also liked Ubuntu 7.10 and OPensuse 10.3.You will have to
ask the experts what they think about these though.Both of my computers are 5
years old so Linux is pretty flexible. Ubuntu 7.10 has to have a bios of over
1999 though.That is not a problem for most people though.
Osdisc.com sells already burned cd's for a small fee plus postage.They
have a large selection as well if you want to experiment.
