If you are going to dual boot Vista with Linux, M$ has a command line
tool that makes it very complicated. You have to mess with Vista's
Boot Configuration Data.

After doing a little (well ok, a lot) research, I found a couple of
free tools that make dual booting with Vista a LOT easier.
EasyBCD is one of them at:
 http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=1
The other one is VistaBootPRO at:
 http://www.vistabootpro.org/

I think I like the KDE desktop in some of the Linux distributions
better because it is more like Windows.

I have 16 Linux's dual booting with Windows 2000 Pro working ok with
GRUB bootloader, but I have not picked which one is what I want to use
mostly.

Hope this helps.
Dave
