Assuming we could actually sort out the logistics on the elevator,
sure. I don't see anyone contributing to such a project until we get
the terrorist problem sorted out, though; it's too big of a risk at
present. And then of course we have to build the satellite, and no
one's managed to make that work out quite right just yet...
