Hi everyone,

Where are we going with this thread ?

One thing I try to put in place in my team is when someone start a project or a discussion, he have to follow it, to run it, to summarize it, and to find the people to do the actions (the hardest part I think). Because by experience, when this person is not doing this work, the project or the discussion is going nowhere most of the times or have to be taken by someone who already have a todo list bigger than what a human can decently do.

Jono, what are you expecting from us, your awesome locoteams leaders, who already are doing an outstanding work to promote and support Ubuntu on top of their real work, who certainly have obscene todo lists. We have expressed some concerns, some ideas, some thoughts. I'm sure you already started to summarize all of this. Now we (I) need some official feedback.

Best regards,

Philippe
