I entirely agree with you on that Benjamin and if you look keenly, you'll see 
the word controversial stated in quotes. But as it has already been hinted on 
by multitudes over different fora, most of the laws passed over the last 
three-four years may not stand the test of time because of their general lack 
of fairness - they seem to target specific groups and/or personalities. 
Essentially, time is all it'll take to prove their relevance and 
appropriateness. 

Guys, with due respect, one would wonder why this did not come up much earlier 
on, say in 2005. Just my personal thoughts...
