Other issues aside, I can see a lot of opportunities for actors - firms, 
individuals and related entities who'll need to support Government to implement 
this requirement. I also foresee an increase in PR revenue to TV, Radio 
Stations and the Print Media, arising from sensitization commercials over the 
next 5++ years...
